Water Leak

Hi my 1996 mini sidewalk is leaking water by the pedals seems to be coming through accelerator pedal and though by brake pedal if u pop Bonnet and poor water behind the master cylinder and servo the water seems to flood in by brake pedal any suggestions a friend has advised me bulkhead gromits but any other sugestions would be great

As i said on fb try changing the grommits under the brake servo and clutch cylinder

The gasket under the master cylinder baseplate is likely to be involved too, but there are so many piercings in the bulkhead in that area it will tend to leak if water is allowed to collect there. What you really need to concentrate on is keeping water away from there in the first place. What state are the bonnet edge seals in? There should be a leading edge seal under the front lip and a rear seal that runs along the gutter and about 8" down each side. There should be buffers at each side of the bonnet front edge that stop it rattling about too.

It doesn't have any seals on the bonnet at all I'm going to replace gromits next dry day and maybe change that gasket thanks for help
