Hi, I wanted to replace a foam pipercross cone air filter with the standard air filter box. It's a 1993 1275 non injection. I've got the filter and the box, but would the needle need replacing/mixture need adjusting?

most likely just the mixture (unless the carb needle was changed at some point)

and you would most likely need an elbow bend like so
