I know theres at least 2 other people on here with a good stash of wheels but how many others are there? I dunno why but I can't seem to stop buying 10 inch wheels ha. It all started when I first joined this forum and reading a thread I saw something about a set of momo wheels being hard to find and worth money. A few months after that I found a set of wheels that looked like them at a local auto jumble for £60, not knowing much about minis at the time I didnt bothering buying them straight away. I looked round the show for a bit then convinced myself it was those wheels and I should go back and buy them only to be told a trader had bought them off him. This trader then turned up at a mini show a few weeks after that with a price for £450 on them. I kicked myself so bad haha.

I then got carried away with trying to find rare or unusual wheels ha.

So how many others have more then 3 sets of wheels? If so what you got? share your collection. I like looking at unusual wheels!

I am a sucker for tens.

4.5 Cooper Steels

3.5 Cooper Steels

Banded steels

GB 10X5's

Ultralite 10x6 ET-6 on A032's

Need some splits, and some more 5Js

Nothing special really.

I took another set of tens into work the other week where they convinced me I didn't need them, so I sold them. Now I wish I didn't.

I have had a big clear out as I needed the space, but still have three mini sets (down from seven), three sets for my MX5, a random set from an MG that were at a good price and a couple of spares for my Capri. Need to shift some of them really.

Yes, I'm a bit of a wheel hoarder and on average our Minis have two sets each, so that's another ten sets.

I bought a tyre rack a few years ago to store them, and although that helped we still need another.  Our wheels are in various garages and do get in the way so are not the best things to hoard, but I do find them irresistible!

I have two sets for the Mini, the Superlights currently on it and the originals which the previous owner clinger filmed together so they are in one nice easy to move column.

I have four tyres for them, but they can't be put on yet as the wheels need a bit of work.

I also picked up four Rover 15" Minilite style wheels for the Rover 25 over the weekend. They will look good on the Rover.

I'd rather have the garage as a space to do work (whatever that may be) than store stuff I'll never use. Once the Rover is done, the wheel currently on the car will be sold, as will the Superlights on the mini once the other ones are done. I need to stop hoarding stuff and move it all on!

I've got 4.5 sets for the mini (nothing but 10" for me):

Original 3.5" steels (with an extra pair) in storage

Clubman Rostyle steels which I'm planning to refurb and sell on

LP918 Reverse "Cooper" 4.5" steels on the car

ROH Contessa 5" alloys to be picked up soon

My daily driver has 2 sets, and my last car had 4.5 sets as well.

Mini wheels are much easier to store than 18" wheels and tyres off my Mazda!
