If you are going to pay out a lot to replace this single wheel think about replacing the set with 12" or 10" if the brakes allow. You wont regret it

I'm pretty sure they're Australian. I had a set of 12". http://www.performancewheels.com.au/Home/Wheels.asp?theGroup=C&Cat=Classic
