Any idea how it would cost to post to Malta?

None!!  What does it usually cost to get stuff shipped to you?

Probably around £12. A bit more if its signed-for instead of standard mail.

Otherwise I have relations in Lincolnshire that I could ask you to forward it to. They would then send it on to me.
