Always fancied a set but what is the opinion on these for road use from the insurance companies?

If done properly they should not be an issue. Have you called your own insurance company to get their view on them??

When I had mine I just told them the car had banded steels on when I listed all the other mods. I even had to send pics of my car to get my agreed value and they never asked any questions about them.

Thanks Guys

Would be best to ask them for sure but I thought I would see if anyone else had any issues.

Although I can weld its not something I would do by hand. I would want them done on a machine with a VERY high quality weld so would approach a company to have them done.

Did you have 10's or 12's Leaky?
