hi everyone this is the 1959 racer i have been research and rebuilding along with it owner Jordan we got afew big shows coming up and we were wondering if anyone and clearly identify the shield logo on the rar of the door  and the other stickers on the side of the cars. i think the one on the A panel is duckums but i may be wrong. also if anyone has any good images of the logos that we can manufacter replica stickers out of we would be very grateful we are also after the wendy wools or the HItatchi special saloon series logos from the late 70@s if anyone got some good detailed photos of them many thanks luke

The shield is the BARC shield http://www.barc.net/

My first thought was BARC but don't think so.

Looks like there is a 7 in it.

Maybe it is a old BARC sticker or Old 750 motorclub then . Something different to whats used nowadays .

 

I would research old race series and sprint championships and google from there .

I think you will need to have a look at the motor sports club he was in and what year the photo was taken.

sadly we dont no the date of the photo although it was published in September 74 and again on the motorclub we believe the car later raced in the wendy wools and hitatchi championship this is the only photo we have of the car as it was sadly thanks for the comments a new lead BARC shield does look like a fairly good match will check 750 motor club as well thanks guys

we are trying our best its like a needle in a haystack fred game left the mag before the car was finished

Ummmmmm , CCC stopped years and years ago .........

jordan has bought the mags round the shield has a 7 with a checkerd flag on the inside of it in july 1974 750 motorclub?

Might be worth buying the appropriate year CCC mags of ebay .

Yeh that's what I was seeing. The 750 club always has all the numbers.
