What kit you are going to get for putting the r1 in the mini?

  
I'm not. I'm planning on building my own cradle to mount it in the front similar to Lynx ae kits.

Hi, what diff will you be running/using

Not sure yet. I plan to buy the diff housing kit from westgarage so will see what they recommend.

I used west garage a few years back for a chain drive axel for a trike set up, I used to build trikes up until last year, I've changed direction now and plan to spend more time restoring/ doing things with mini's,just for awhile as im planning to move to Ireland sometime this year, hopefully, I might be able to help out on the diff, I have a chain drive  reverse diff that im planning on putting on evil bay , its new never been used, I have to walk the dog now befor I hit the sac but  will be back on tomorrow, regards

Thanks but I've already picked the engine up now

I got everything you listed except the gear selector but they can be sourced from eBay.
