If 2 way tweeter + mid Or tweeter + woofer

So, 3 way is best but can be hard to get right.

That said a good set of 2 way comps can be better than a not so good set of 3way comps.

The system I was looking at has is a tweeter and a mid woofer but doesn't have a crossover
