Hi All,

I'm still trying to decide the best way forward for my Front Bulkhead. I'm considering replacing the whole assembly with this - http://www.somerford...m3m7u8T-YURaOh2

Both Inner wings also need replacing so if I replace the front bulkhead assembly I'd be doing so with only the Floor and dash-rails in place. I've got the car braced to pick up in the bottom front sub mounts, but my questions is how to ensure I get the entire assembly in the correct position.

I could mount the lower front mounts the the bracing and clamp the bottom of the toe-board to the floor pan, how would you pick-up on the top sub mounts? (do i need to?).

the problem is this assembly is for post-1990 cars, and doesn't have the large central hole in it, so I'll have to remove the car from the spit - which ordinarily I could have used to make a jig to locate on to the top sub mounts.

I hope all that makes sense

Any thoughts?

Check out Tom's van rebuild. Clicky

A fully bulkhead replacement really isn't something you can do without the shell on a jig of some sort.
