Looking at getting some 13" image split rims, will there be any cutting of the arch to do with the width still being standard? Also what size tyre would i be looking at to give it a bit of stretch.

Have a look on the playmini site, there is a metallic blue mini on sportpack wheels with standard "special" arches, looks brilliant
I don't think you'll get a tyre narrow enough for "stretch" on a 5" rim, and as it's not a good thing to do you shouldn't want to do it anyway!
Lots of tails of them unseating, and I know from a mates experience they can lose pressure easily.
