Hi!
What do you use to mount arches? I've been using pop rivets, but they are a real hassle...

I would use rivnuts, much easier ans better than self tappers.

I'm also an advocate of rivnuts. They make the arches much easier to remove or replace should the need ever arise and don't really take any more time to do than rivets.

I used stainless button head bolts and rivnuts, looks good and easy to do.

I use M4 stainless Allen done head bolts with nyloc nuts.
