When stops, does it have spark?
and, you can open float bowl of the carb to see is there any fuel.

It can be also something purely mechanical. I had wrongly reamed valve seats, when head heated up it jammed valves, and lost power.

When it cuts out if I pull the fuel pipe off and crank it it comes out so fuel must be getting to it .. There is a spark and the coils still cold .,, puzzled

Maybe a long shot but I had an intermittent occasional juddering. A mechanic friend of long experience suggested that there was a break in the wiring around the distributor which was only connecting when it felt like it and vice versa, something he remembered from his apprenticeship back in the day. I'd replaced everything like yourself to no avail, so in desperation I cut back the wiring in the coil/dissy area and extended it back with stronger wire. It worked - my intermittent occasional juddering has never returned.

My mechanic friend of long experience now maintains the Angels cars but his earthy advice lives on in my Mini.

I started it today it cut out then refused to start but as soon as I pulled fuel pipe off carb and blocked it and then it started , the cars on a mechanical fuel pump so surely it can't be recieving to much fuel

Possibly daft suggestions but could the choke be getting stuck or there be some sort of mixture problem ? Another idea would be to check to make sure the fuel tank is vented properly. Try running it with the cap off.
