Tried removing rebound rubbers this evening and the fixing screws are not moving at all! Don't want to force them and strip the screws. Any ideas how to remove them?

You could try plusgas but obviously it will burn the rubber so be prepared for that

Use an impact driver, or cut a slot across the head with a junior hacksaw and use a big plain screwdriver.

Plus gas them overnight or two.

Not much of an issue if you mash the head. Just drill out and replace.

I used a pair of mole grips to get mine out just do them up real tight on the head, if the screw breaks off just drill it out and run a tap through the captive/welded on nut I think it's 3/16"UNF. If that doesn't work drill the nut out to give a small amount of clearance then put a slightly longer screw in then fit another nut on top of the existing one, a bit fiddly but should work.
