I've seen a few cars with the black moustache grille, thinking about doing this myself as i think it'd suit. Just wondering how to go about it, is it simply rub down and spray? Thanks for any help, Ben.

If you got the patience you could vynil wrap it, only a few quid off eBay, then if you get fed up with it, peel it off. No damage.

I would say powder coat it you will get a real nice finish and shouldn't flake off if done properly. You can just rub it down, prime it and paint it though.
