Engine Steady Bracket And Base Plate Broken

Whilst driving I heard a snap when I open the bonnet i had this to look at I have ordered a new base plate is this a hard job to replace it and roughly how long should it take to do? I have also ordered a x member bracket and the dog bone bushes

My bracket has an enlarged hole. I'd be interested to see how difficult this repair is. If you have to remove the clutch master cylinder it'll be a big job surely.

You need to remove the 2 cylinders by taking out the pin on the pedals which can be pretty difficult as the split pin is usually rusted in. the old plates can then be removed and the area cleaned (probably a bit of surface rust) and then refit. As you probably know the x member bracket is welded on, so the old one removed and the new welded back on. Then you'll need to reconnects the clutch and brake pipes and rebleed the sytems.
