Who has used it,??

What did you think of it as a product?

Can it be used over filler?

What  are problems has anyone had with it?

I've used it loads. You need to buy the automotive product as the finish is smoother. It can be used over filler but you need to make sure the metal underneath the filler is totally rust free. Personally I'd strip it back to bare metal, rust bullet and fill over the top. The only problem I've ever had with it is if you intend to paint for the top, you need to do it within 72hrs otherwise you'll struggle to flat it back as it dries incredibly hard but provides an incredibly durable and chip resistant surface.
