Cam Drive ?

rebuilding a 1275 a series engine at the moment going for a bit more power so putting on a metro head and going to change the cam , the cam in it at the moment is spider drive and im just wondering if a slot drive cam will fit aslong as i change the oil pump ?

yes it will fit if you change the oil pump:)

When you say you are fitting a Metro head, do you mean the MG Metro head? If you fit a standard 1275 Metro it will be the same as a 1275 Mini head.

Which cam are you fitting? MG Metro?

Mg metro head bigger valves than the current one was looking at using a sw5
