It all depends on your gearbox outputs.

Once you know that then it is easy.

But first I would get the rest sorted and paid for.

try not to get too ahead of yourself with all the details! I promise you, by the time you have started buying things, your original plan for things will be straight out the window, as nick said, get the rest all sorted before worrying about driveshaft's, your originals will work for the time being unless you have different outputs....

If you're going to be building this 16v a series you've previously mentioned, you will probably want an LSD. So if you've got an LSD fitted it'll be a case of matching output shafts to that. They will be the earlier type of shaft and Minispares sell uprated "Monte" ones.

I don't think Force make Ti drive shafts anymore due to expense and scarcity of material for them.

If I was building the "no holds barred" Mini you appear to be planning I would consider a Swiftune's ATB differential and heavy duty Hardy Spicer drive shafts.

But the hardy spicer is the least efficient drive shaft coupling.

But like most of the questions you can not take things one at a time.

You have to get the right parts to work together.

I thought you wanted rear wheel drive at one time!
