Hi guys, I'm trying to hunt down the previous owner of my car, to try and access some old pictures and maybe some more information about the car. The mans name is Kevin Gibson and he had a fair collection of mini's up in yorkshire, in 2011 he sold me a mk1 smoked grey 1963 morris mini and if anyone has any idea who this chap might be please get in touch

There is a form for DVLA you can fill in to find out information about your vehicle casts a fiver I think, you have to have a reason to be requesting the information but they accept that "researching and compiling a history file of the vehicle" is a valid reason. Part of the history provided will include a list of previous owners.

Assuming the previous owner hasn't moved then their address should be on your V5.
