Anybody have the problem of the wipers touching the bonnet open. If I put the wipers on when the bonnet is open they would touch the bonnet and scratch (they haven't of course) but I was wondering if anyone else had this problem. I can move the bonnet any further down Otherwise nothing would line up and that's not acceptable 😊. It's a shame because I'm terrified of accidentally turning them on or someone else doing it while the bonnets open.

I have this on mine. If I open the bonnet, then it touches them as I raise it past the point that it sits at when on the bonnet stay, which I need to do to get the stay into the slot on the inner wing. I usually just put the end of the stay into a hole on the front panel to avoid this. I have the black hook type arms, I do wonder if the previous owner has bent them out a bit to try to get better contact of the blades on the screen.

They only touch when the bonnet is open and the wipers are all the way up, just worried that the clowns in the mot centre don't nock them on! :)
