Hi, I have just fitted put a 1275 in my mini and when I try and set off the car judders quite violently but when changing gear it's not really noticeable. Also when I set off and give it more than normal revs it goes a little better. Do you think this could be a buckled flywheel or something in the clutch assembly? Thanks

Sounds like oil on the clutch plate or a worn out plate...
