sure but note that if you just want to set the height then modding the current trumpets is cheaper.
also some "High-Lows" have reprofiles lips that can also change the spring rate of the rubber dounut.
something many people overlook.

Proper 'Hi-Lo's', not some cheapie replicas, are what you need. However, it is always best to set a road Mini to standard ride height to enable the suspension to work as designed.
Unlike for racing, there are absolutely no advantages to setting a lower ride height for a road Mini, but there are some disadvantages.
