hi just a quick question, i am in the middle of putting in the centre 3 clock dials with the temprature and the oil pressure gauge, to install the oil pressure gauge i would need to take out my oil light switch on my engine block? is that correct?

is there a device/adapter that can keep the oil light switch and also have the mechanical oil pressure gauge?
