Hi,

I've just put a mk1 heater into my car but i din't pay much attention when i took the other out so this is what i'm wanting to know...

Does the pipe coming from the cylinder head go to the top pipe on the heater matrix or the bottom?

Cheers

I've looked through the manual but can't find a diagram with that in it.

Hot water should flow into whichever side of the coil is furthest from the fan first. If that makes sense.

It's not really a big deal, it just makes the heater slightly hotter if the water flows against the airflow rather than with it.
