Diff Side Seals & Bushes

1) Side covers are expensive.
2) Side covers are in short supply.
3) It doesn't looked like it should be a big job to replace the bushes and seals with just basic tools.
Am I missing something?

Yes, looking in the right place...

Since you do 2nd hand covers, do you do them ready to fit (with bushes and seals fitted) and do you do exchanges?

As Rob Mac said, the bushes do need machining after being fitted. I actually ream them to size - 0.001 - 0.0015" clearance, it's easier. With decent bushes in there, the seals can actually work at sealing then!
Not a hard job, but without a reamer, I'm not sure what you'd do.

Yes they are 2nd hand, all cleaned and blasted with good condition bushes.
I can do them ready to fit, ie with seal (ADU5738) and gasket (GW-22A1611), just add those to the order.
If you want a new bush fitted and machined then add £15+vat to the cost of the cover.

I am looking for some replacement diff sides but can't see any on your website - do you not do them any more?
Thanks

Thanks for quick reply!
So these just need oil seals and gaskets, no further reaming required or anything?
