I dunno, what does the KAD fitting instructions say? I also didn't know that KAD made anything for a big truck like that.
Perhaps a seat cover wouldn't go a stray though.

This is probably the easiest way to show how the stock assy is (and I'm fairly sure the KD one would be the same in this regards) :-

18 is the Hub itself
19 Wheel Stud
20 Wheel Nut
22 Grease Seal - for tapered bearings these actually go in what most people would think is back to front, ie spring is visible
23 Inner and Outer Bearings
24 Spacer - most Tapered Bearings have this built in to them these days
(not shown) Heavy Washer (as per your link above)
25 Nut
(not shown) Split Pin
26 Grease / Dust Cap
The Nut is torqued up to 40 ft/lbs and then further tightened to align to the next slot to get the split pin in. NOTE that the LH side has a Left Hand thread.
