Flooded Footwell - Heater Matrix?

Been working on the car for a number of weeks. One of the last jobs was replacing the choke...in short, I dropped the heater matrix down to get to where I needed to, the had to leave the job because I had the wrong replacement choke. Came back to it about 4 days later and the passender footwell was flooded with coolant. 

I couldn't see anything up with the hoses, just wondering if it could somehow leak from the matrix?....was a lot of coolant

Well it us either the matrix, the hoses or the connections..

maybe a should just refill and watch it pour out i guess. after all, it did it without the engine running.

Try it, but id use water to save costs
