I've just split my supercharger (Vmax/eaton) from the inlet manifold as I think it had a bit of a fuel leak (head was off for dodgy valve stem seals), and I've discovered a distinct lack of Teflon coating.
The engine was re-built 1000 miles ago and the charger had around 90% of the coating in tact. It's now about 60% there and easily scrapes off with a finger nail.
I had planned on just re-sealing the manifold, but I'm not so sure now.
Anyone had any experience with this, if so, what's the best course of action?

Not to run fuel through the supercharger.
I must admit the stuff on my sc12 hasn't budged.

When i ran my supercharger it also lost some Teflon coating. Seems pretty common thing with putting fuel through it when it's not supposed to.
