Can't see them. Might be worth setting up a photobucket account.

Can't see the pics but some of the most common oil leaks are ...

Back of the engine:
1 - gear selector seal. Pretty easy to fix. Easiest with "the right tool" but possible without. (Search for a thread on how to so it.)
2 - drive shaft seals or diff side covers. Harder.
3 - old seals on tapper chest covers. Easy to fix but may need to remove manifold(s) and will then need new gaskets. If you're going for a Stage 1, do it at the same time. So a small job turns into a bigger one, but not huge, depending what else you find.

Top of engine
Rocker cover - easiest job of the lot.

There are others.

I think that's the timing chain cover. (See? I told you there were others!)

Not difficult and you should easily be able to do it in a day. But it's a PITA to fix as I think the radiator needs to come out.

Probably a good idea to get that engine steam cleaned first, then you'll be able to see where the leak is coming from. Agree that it's most probably timing chain cover though.

Fixing one gasket will cost less than £2.00 (assuming you have a late model 998cc) .
It might take you a few hours, but that's all!
Even if you need sockets, as discussed elsewhere, you could still do the job for under £30 including anti freeze and postage.

Most if us run with worse leaks than that anyway!

Having seen all the posts youve made about problems with your car and how much will it be to repair im quite sure you arnt prepared for mini ownership yet.. you need to get your hands dirty and fix things yourself (unless you have a big bank account).. things like leaks can be a couple of quid to repair but you have to do the work yourself if you dont want a huge bill. First things first, get a decent toolkit and welder,a haynes manual and read it thoroughly.
Mini ownership isnt a walk in the park, many people treat them like a scene image type icon just to be 'cool' but if youcant be bothered to even try and adjust a clutch or change a timing cover seal then minis arnt for you...
Just saying what others are thinking..
