Friend of mine back in the 80's had an odd beast - it was a Mini Sprint - with square headlights - I recall it was very low and had a chopped roof - lost touch with him but just wondered if anyone ever came across it - His name was Bob Wise and he lived in Leytonstone area - the car was black - with a furry interior !! Did I mention it was the 80's :)

To be a true Sprint it would have had the body sectioned by about 2" IIRC as well as a roof chop.
I think one of the Mini mags featured a chopped car with square lights a few years back.

Wouldn't happen to be this one would it?

Still currently taxed and MOT'd according to the DVLA.

That's Steve Burkinshaw's genuine Stewart & Ardern Sprint, and very nice it is too!
