Hello peeps,

I'm a 35 year old soldier in germany with my beloved Mini, a 96 Equinox in need of alot of tender loving care.

Anyone else out here in BFG? I'm in Osnabruck.

Is there a club out here?

Im living in Germany but not in the Army mate...( but a Brit ) i live near Frankfurt!! there are many German mini clubs...none that i belong too though!! =)

Maybe you can pop down to see us at the Nürburgring in 5 weeks times, dates and info are on our website

Cheers for the reception guys and girls, found a few good tips and ideas on here already.

Got a few wierd looks at work once I unloaded my Mini and a garage full of bits into a spare hanger, and got a few people offering to help with the work.

In the process of stripping Scrappy down so I can prep him for a bare metal respray, had the front replaced last year and he deserves better than me in a garage with half a dozen spray cans from Halfords.

Will keep you all posted on the progress

I am attached to 1 Battalion REME, I am an RSI from the Really Large Corps.

Very handy being here as I can get my hands on just about everything I need, now if only I can convince the QM's that we need to build a spray shop, lol.
