with the new series 'for the love of cars' starting Sunday, I think that cars have never been so represented on TV with the number of shows. (Wheeler Dealers, Car SOS, Classic Car Rescue, The Classic car Show, For the Love of Cars) Are just some I can think of

Agreed, and (with the exception of Classic Car Rescue  O_O) they're all great. Don't forget Fifth Gear too, that's just finished a new series on the History Channel (moved from Discovery). It was well worth a watch despite missing Jason Plato.

I really enjoy Chasing Classic Cars, top end stuff and not the usual scripted american ******* either!

I like Chasing Classic Cars although I haven't watched it in a long time. I've not seen many of the others, other than Wheeler Dealers and they aren't the best.

There is a new series of Cars that Rock with Brian Johnson on Quest. Not the most factual programme but you get to see behind the scenes at the large OEM factories which is interesting. Plus Brian is nuts (in a good way)

It's like waiting for a 142 bus in November, then 2 turn up.
Go back a couple of years there was not 1 program dedicated to classics.
My only problem, as soon as cars are flagged up on these sites the prices start to increase.

Unless I completely missed it, I can't believe that nobody has mentioned the utterly Mini-centric edition of Channel 5's Classic Car Show that was on the other week...!

Yeah I'm surprised there wasn't all that much discussion on it here. I loved it!

Problem is that Quentin Wilson is the personification of boring! The timed track run with Bruno Senna adds a bit of fun tho. Still recorded the Mini programme

For the love of cars was good I thought.
There's a new series starting tonight in fact. 8pm channel 4 I think.

You're not the only one to say that, but personally I'm a fan of Quentin. I always used to watch him on old Top Gear when I was really young, so I'm very pleased to see him back on TV. He's really passionate about his classic cars and that comes across on this show in my opinion.  :-)
