Hi all,

I have a 1960 Morris mini which was passed to me from my father who is no longer with us.

It would be nice to find out a bit more of the car and also get tips on how and where to get bits as it does need some work.

I'm sure all you knowledgeable folks will help and if I can help I will.

I have attached some pics (hopefully)

Thanks in advance

Paul

Looks lush, a tribute to your dad for taking such good care of it. Rust is the Mini's nemesis, so keep on top of the bodywork, particularly underneath. Also, don't assume the nearest suppliers are the best for any bits you need. It's not fair to comment further without offering a right to reply, let's just say the interweb, including TMF, is great for research.

Thanks Ethel. There is very minor surface rust, the body and floors are solid. My Dad restored in the early 90's with a full bare metal re-spray and it has been garaged since then.
