I have fitted the following items. All brand new.
Protech front and rear single adjustable dampers.
Minispares red dot front rubber cones.
Minispares standard rear rubber cones.
Hi-lo's all round.

The car is sat at a very sensible ride height and by no means low. All dampers are on the minimum adjustment.

At high speed on normal uk roads (so very bumpy) the car sounds like its bottoming out and its certainly rubbing the arches at the rear.

The dampers i believe are only rebound adjustable so i cannot add more bump adjustment to help this.

Does anyone know how to play around with the suspension to prevent this? Im not sure how this is done without being able to stiffen up the dampening rate?

Thanks.

If the wheels are rubbing on the arches it has nothing to do with the dampers. It is a ride height/spring issue. And in the case IF the wheels are farthing I would say ride height. BUT presuming no stupid wheels are being used.

Dampers control how the wheel moves not travel. (Except for the pyisical length of the damper)

As mentioned, the 'springs' are brand new standard rubber cones.
The ride height is not set low and i have 12x6 wheels.
The rears rub on very fast corners taken at speed. It feels like i have alot of movement in the travel of the rear dampers, if i could stiffen things up a bit, i feel it would prevent so much travel.....
