So the other day an idiot in a van pulled out on me driving towards a junction I had to slam on and I swerved into a curb it has caused quite a bit of damage to my wing as the wheel came up with such force it has lifted the wing upwards and damaged the Seam line what do you guys think is
the best course of action to take? ( can't claim on his insurance as he sped away and I couldn't catch up to him I'll upload some pics of the damage anyway

Also there is a throbbing sound when I'm driving that gets faster when I speed up ????

Also I'm now fighting to keep the car in a straight line it pulls to the right which is the side I hit it on but everything looks rather straight to me no obvious damage to anything I can see mechanically wise

If its pulling, likely the steering got bent, or the tie rod is deformed, maybe pulled the subframe out of true. I should have a good look underneath and see if anything is bent or dented that shouldn't be. Compare left & right sides to check, in all 3 dimensions.

The damage looks minor to me. I guess the tyre has jolted upwards and hit the wing radius and arch forcing it up and stressing the seam with the impact, so at most I would guess the wing may be a little distorted.

Due to the impact the tracking would have been knocked out,  so you might need to get it re-tracked by a garage. The steering arms may look straight but there may be other damage so check everything carefully. I'd also check both sides of the tyre wall for splits and tears which may have occurred from the kerb impact.

Cheers lads slightly reassuring but also makes me worried at the same time I'm having the wing repaired this weekend and the castle repaired ill have it re tracked and see If it still pulls to one side like it does now. (Also when I got back in when I go to drive in a straight line the steering wheel has gone from 12o clock to about 10o clock ????)

So is that 2nd picture from the left the driver's side sill? He may actually have done you a favour by showing up that rust .. so it may be more that a simple wing-beating visit.

If the steering is pulling then you have bent something on the suspension or steering ..
