Show a picture of the actual exhaust, tail pipes mean very little. There are outward rolled RC40 tailpipes. To be honest there's little visual difference between the good exhausts anyway. Some genuine RC40s have RC40 stamped into the backbox (in large figures, you won't miss it if it's there although it may be on the top of the box as fitted) but some don't.
And what do you mean a 'good RC40'?

what does a rolled exhaust pipe mean

It means the tail pipe (the bit you see) is rolled over to give it an attractive finish, as apposed to slash cut were it just cut and left.
It has no effect on performance what so ever, just the looks.

Which would still make it a good exhaust.

Maniflows, unless stainless, are painted black apart from polished tail pipe, and have the maniflow logo on the top of the tail pipe, usually anway.
