[Dunk]

hi, i was given these carburettors by a friend and am not sure what mini (model year) they came off. they look a lot smaller than the one on my mini at the moment. the diametre of the of the outlet is about 30mm on both of them. There is also a mechanicle fuel pump which im not sure of? any help would be appreciated.

Looks like a H2 possabley a HS2 carb, and a std fuel pump... small bore

do you think its is off a morris or more likly to be british leylond?

do they have a metal tag with an ID number on them?

no i think the tags are long gone lol. had a look on burlen but cant really determin anything

they look like hs2's to me.

Degrease and Clean them up properly with a wire brush drill attachment and rebuild them!

Just saw a pair in similar condition to yours go on Ebay for £40 two weeks ago... imagine if they were clean eh? alternatively,... they'd be nice on a period modded 850, maybe a timewarp 998?

I dont think they are a twin setup

no i think they are two single units as one has metal sports filter and the other has the 45 degree bend for te airbox which i also have.
