I am looking to sell my red car as a complete project or in parts as listed below. I tried to do this a while back through another forum but got let down on a sale and lost interest. I now have two projects and need to sell one as they are blocking the garage up and we have a second child on the way.
The car is not in running order (it had a supercharger problem and a brand new one with charge cooler is in a box with the car courtesy of Mr Gurr (VMaxscart). This is a full kit with charge cooler etc.
The car has an oil leak from the output shaft on the gearbox (the casing has a small split and I have a spare to include). I have also supplied a brand new alloy rad and some silicon hoses so as it stands it is a garage project and SORN.
The car owes me 15K (I have most receipts) and has only covered 5k since it was completed and has Bodywork by W&P and Engine costing 5K from Steve Harris a top of the Range VMAX supercharger with Stage 4 Head and one off Supercharger Cam, special edition Vented drilled disks and Callipers on rebuilt hubs by KAD, Minitastic race coil springs, full colour coded cage, ect ect.....

The shell looks later than its 72 reg (Tax exempt) but has been this way for many years (since before I got it) and has all the correct plates on it. It had a fully body rebuild in 2007 with almost every panel changed for original parts on a Jig!
I added up the parts alone for Ebay and gave up counting at 8K with consative estimates but feel to sad to do this. I would love to think somebody might carry on where I left off, Mini magazine are regularly in touch as they want to do a feature but I have no time left for it really.
So here we go.....
£5500 and its yours as it and its a bargain! Bring a trailer and tell me you will look after her. I want to keep the steering wheel and roof rack, which were presents and ill chuck in loads of spares.
I will not negotiate on this price was a complete car but would consider selling the car in Parts as well as there is more money in this. If it looks like it is going this way I will list some stuff soon or PM me if you have thoughts?

Bare shell (tax exempt) with documents (Full restoration in gleaming paint with Mk1 rear lights and proper sills!) £2400 including colour coded full roll cage with stepped down door bars! This would not be a rolling shell but I would include bare subframes with heavy duty mounts. There a couple of small dents that need doing but nothing serious.
I am also open to suggestions of yours about splitting the car but you need to be prepared to drive to Bournemouth and pay cash within a reasonable timescale. I do not want any small bits yet (under £200) or anything that immobilises the shell. If you look at my posts you will see the car pretty much as it looks now.
