Afternoon guys,

Now that I've got my mini back on the road, it's time to make all of the changes that I had originally planned before I found all of the problems....

I've got a stage 1 kit from mini spares to fit -

http://www.minispare...mance~kits.aspx|Back%20to%20shop

Is it as simple to fit as it looks?  I'm working in a small lock-up with no power or light etc.

The one area that I'm expecting difficulties is the down pipe, I just don't see how I can get my arms in to loosen and tighten the bolts?  Is there a trick to it, or is it a case of getting a long enough socket extension bar?

If anyone has done it, I'd be extremely grateful for some advice!  If someone happened to be in the West Lothian area, I'm sure I could pay for the help with some beers....!

A long extension on a ratchet and a soaking of plusgas gets the studs undone, be careful as the studs can sheer off. Otherwise, the kit isn't hard to fit. Don't use exhaust paste before the catalyst either
