I don't know if anyone would be able to identify this head for me?

 

i believe the exhaust is 29mm and the inlet is 35mm

I can't really tell because someone has gone at it with a grinder 12G940 from what I can make out... Where the thermo sat goes it's 11f5 and on the opposite side it's r1

It's just a late pre-SPI 1275 Head.

It's a bit hard to tell from the photo, but the chambers look standard.
