Im finnishing off a 10" disc conversion, the problem i have is the new drive flanges and discs arnt fitting together, theres at least 2mm betwen the mateing surfaces no matter how hard i hit it . Any one else had this problems. Any sugestions????

Pictures? There's nothing really that can stop the two fitting together as long as both parts are the same type.

Ill try and get pics tommorow... They came from the minisport 10" conversion kit, I only noticed the problem when everything was assembled the back of the disc rubbed the hub assembly

Rubbing the hub or rubbing the steering arm?
And if these are OE type 7.5" discs and flanges do you have the correct type hubs?

The Hub assembaly was orignaly from a an 8.4" set up. It rubs against the flatt bit that sticks out by the bottom ball join grease nipple???

which parts have come from Minisport and which parts have you retained from the original set up. What was your original set up?

The kit from minisport came with flanges discs and calapers the rest was from an 8.4 setup
