Hi I have a 84 mini city e and we have put a disc conversion on the front and new alloy wheels and there has become a low speed rumbling noise definitely rubber not metal on metal
6 months on any ideas?

Usually the noise you've described is from worn Wheel Bearings.
Jack up each side and feel if the wheel has any undue 'rock' to it. Check with your hands at the 12 / 6 O'clock positions and then again at the 9 / 3 O'clock.
