Recently had an engine rebuild, water pump, oil pump, fan belt, timing chain all changed the same time. On idle there is a clacking noise from the radiator area, once throttle is pressed the noise dies down until it disappears.

Tensioner included with timing chain replacement? Loose chain rattles.
