You do.
Refit the rubber mounts.
Don't run big where's with low profile tyres.

The front sub-frame is ideal when it's mounted solidly. It is how the classic Mini was designed to be and part of what was such a sensation in steering feel when new.
However, that was with 10" wheels with 80-profile tyres, not the very low profile 13" tyres which fail to absorb a lot of road shocks. 13" wheels were just a styling gimmick really and were never ideal for a Mini, especially in the wet or on bumpy roads.
12" are a good compromise with 165/60 or 145/70 tyres if 10" wheels won't fit because of the 8.4" disc brakes.
You could try getting the wheels balanced again which might help.

I also guess you have not had your suspension set up yet.
Rubber or poly bush mounts on your suspension!
