How would I Wire up the rear fog light lol Its on a mini my dads getting I havent seen it yet so don't know if it needs the switch but assuming it does how would i go about it ??

Plug it into the blue/yellow wire and the black wire in the boot.
If it doesn't have the wiring, it's old enough to not need one (pre 1980)
