Hi,
Seems I picked up some BR7ES plugs instead of BPR7ES... will this cause much a problem?
Thanks!

Dusky, have a look at pictures of 2 plug types! The BR7 is sold for small cc 2 stroke engines. The BPR7 has an extended nose to run cooler.

yes, but the heat range of a plug is also because of the internals of the plug, this recessed nose plug will probably have like the internals of a heat range 9 plug, granting a total heat dissipation of a range 7 plug, atleast thats what ngk told me when i was asking about multispark plugsDusky, have a look at pictures of 2 plug types! I have been running the BPR6ES's and now since it's summer I seem to be running warm. Was fine in the cooler weather last fall so I figured I'd try a cooler plug and had a moment of dyslexia and didn't notice they were wrong. I do have a 1380 276 kent cam but I'm not sure the actual compression ratio but I'm sure it's pretty high so I think I should probably be running the 7's regardless.
I did search the BR7 plug and did notice there were a lot of results for small cc engines. So I think perhaps I'll try and get back for an exchange.
