Can someone please confirm which port on the servo master cylinder is for the front brakes and which one is for the rear.  Ive found 2 diagrams (attached) and they both conflict with each other.

Does this help ? You may not have the bulkhead mounted yellow tag master cylinder like mine but reading the install guide will show you which is the front and rear circuits on your master cylinder.

When viewed from the front of the car the left side on a front to rear split is the front circuit, and the right hand side of the valve the rears, the front circuit on the master cylinder is the front outlet

It's the late servo (GMC90376) master cylinder.

From what i've found the master cylinder has a .811" bore and isn't stepped so i guess it doesn't matter?

The Port Closest to the Booster is normally connected to the Front Brakes.
