Like the title states.....
I had te car set up and they put in 3.5degrees of + caster.... Problem was I was rubbing just a bit on my passenger side wing. Here's the ?...
If I adjust the arm about 5/6 turns will I throw off the entire alignment? The car feels really good rt now but ever time I turn rt I get the slightest rub.
I could push the tire back a hair and fix the problem??
Thoughts.

Adjusting it back/forth will affect the alignment. If i read you post correct it sounds like its rubbing on front of guard? i.e. wheel arch near bumper end.
You can rectify this by spacing front apron forward using the apropriate number of mudguard washers between subframe mount and apron. 1/2" is about max amount without dramas but start with a couple and work up.

Yes that's exactly where it's hitting.
Is it possible to snap a pic where you are talking about putting washers? Not sure if I follow where you are talking when you say apron...

I think I spaced it out about 1/4-3/8" in the rt spot, (where people put a tow hook up front below the radiator?). Anyway it worked like a charm!! Just took her out for a test drive!!

That's the spot, mine had spacers in there from the factory, steel ones about 50mm in diameter and 10mm thick. I made some ally ones and replaced the steel ones. I reckon the car come up an inch without the chunky steel ones.

The factory fitted these spacers for the same reason

It'd probably be best to spacer both sides to avoid skewing the subframe. You'll have got an idea from how much effort was needed to get your spacers in.
