So, what are my options as I doubt anyone sells this? I'm in the states so there is zero chance of finding one in a wrecker obviously. I am thinking about trying to glue/fab something up to get it back together but don't really think that will work. Anyone got any bright ideas? Please!! Haha

You could get a pipe fabricated, it depends where its snapped on the assembly. You could always go new:

Sorry, what I broke was actually the fuel cutoff valve that sits outside the tank on the top. It is entirely made of plastic on the outside and I snapped the upper take-off right at the base. Doesnt seem to be sold anywhere. Its is 27 in this diagram.
So, I think I might have fixed it. What I did was to take a rear wheel cylinder bleed nipple, hack off the pointy bit without threads so that the hole goes straight through and out the middle. I drilled out the cutoff valve slightly and screwed the bleed nipple into it. Then covered the entire thing in epoxy. Hopefully it works.

pretty sure its not any sort of cutoff valve, the fuel cutoff is done via a resettable tumbler switch on the passenger bulkhead, under the bonnet. It basically sits in line with the power supply to the fuel pump and is tripped by shock (such as in a collision). Sure what you are referring to is a valve for the tank breather, which opens when fuel vapour in the tank creates pressure, and allows the vapour to go up to the charcoal canister under the wing.

This is what Mini Spares calls it:
27 WLV10007 Fuel cut off valve 1 1275cc CWEWhatever it is, I hope I fixed it:-) It seems to have worked as I installed yesterday. I used a bit of silicone sealer around the bleed nipple that I added onto it just to be sure the attached pipe seals and stays put. I guess we will see when I go to start the car and actually drive it if it all works out.

Well, I filled the car up today and noticed a petrol smell (faint but present) in the car when I went out at lunch for a drive. I seriously think I need to replace this part asap. PLEASE, anyone have one of these or know where I can find one?

I filled up the tank the other day and could smell fuel, as I wrote earlier, but also my car feels a little different. Maybe it's just me forever feeling like the car will break but I grt this strange feeling over bumps. Like the car is surging or starving. It might not be related to this but had me thinking. Better I replace it correctly so I can worry about something else:-)
